Prices and Availability
Rentals start from just £500, plus 7% Florida rental tax and 4% Lake County tax. You don’t need to book full weeks, add a few days on and that’s fine. If no one is booked to arrive on your day of departure, we will extend your leaving time so that you can enjoy the last swim before heading off to the airport.
Minimum 4 nights booking.
- Christmas and Easter and Thanksgiving (late November) is High Season
- Other School Holidays are Mid Season and
- Everything else is Low Season
- The longer you stay the cheaper it becomes
- Snowbirds, those who wish to stay 4 weeks or more receive a further discount to the weekly rate
