Roving07451777103: Lovely place to stay, villa was very spacious and clean good laundry room, lovely swimming pool which is nice to be able to have a swim after a day out and then sit and relax. Fantastic location lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby would highly recommend.

Jimfish65: The Villa is in a quiet residential area close enough to local supermarkets, restaurants, park attractions and shopping centres.

It was spacious, clean and had a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need, including a new fridge/freezer with ice dispenser which was great! The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and there were plenty of towels available in the two bathrooms.

The pool area was well equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers and access to a barbecue. We had no need for the pool to be heated, the temperature was perfect and much appreciated after a long hot day! All in all, we had a brilliant stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at the villa which met our every need. We paid extra for the pool heating which was well worth it as our children enjoyed a swim every day.
We would definitely recommend Anne’s villa to anyone looking for somewhere to stay; it is close to local shops and amenities and is a short drive from the theme parks.

2GinaT: This is a great home. The owner Anne has everything you need to vacation there. The spacious rooms, heated pool and close to stores and attractions. Disney is 20 minutes away. Universal Studios is 40 min. The surrounding area has lots of stores and restaurants. You choose to relax by the pool and read (I actually read one of the books from the house) or spend the day at the parks. The Florida State Fair was a plus that we didn’t expect. I would recommend this home to accommodate a large family with 4 bedrooms and 1 pull out from the couch. All you need is a small grocery shopping and the rest is for you to enjoy!

Hannah Edwards-Singh: We had an amazing time staying at Anne’s villa. Private pool means you can cool off at midnight or go for an early morning swim if the jetlag kicks in. Safety systems on all doors mean children are kept safe away from the pool area. Short drive to Disney and all the magic!! Can’t wait to go again

Different restaurants around and very close. We will definitely stay again!!! And of course, quick responses from Anne the owner thank you for everything.

Helen: Anne’s Florida Villa is a home from home. I have been lucky enough to stay many a time now and have had the most enjoyable times here. There is plenty of space and when 8 of us were staying there we still had plenty of room and having two bathrooms was always useful when we were all due to get ready to go out for dinner and large space around the pool for us all and of course living space in Anne’s Florida Villa. I love that Anne’s Florida Villa is so close to all the main attractions Orlando Florida has to offer as well as being far away enough to have relaxing peaceful days by the pool sometime watching planes writing in the sky, a town called celebration is a drive away and an late afternoon early evening stroll round its lake is just a perfect way to build up a thirst for a cocktail or two the hotel celebration do which are yummy. A large supermarket called Publix is near by as to stock up on the fresh meat, vegetables and amazing fresh fruit to have a bbq which is in the villa’s garden and eating it by the pool is just a perfect way to end the day. I am looking forward to going back.

Pamela Draycott: I’ve stayed at this villa twice before and am planning another trip there in May 2018. It is well maintained and comfortable. The pool and patio area is very pleasant. It is well furnished. The kitchen is functional and there is a good washer/dryer so that you needn’t pack loads in your suitcase. You need a hire car and with one load of places are accessible and make for some very nice days out. There is a huge supermarket for ‘stocking up’ a short drive away as are some cafes/restaurants and bars. The theme parks are not too far way and you can get into the country parks easily – so you can have the best of both worlds so to speak. Definitely worth a stay.

We stayed from July into August . Anne was perfect in keeping us upto date and making sure our booking was seamless. The location was pretty much perfect meaning the 192, i4 and other roads were just a short drive away and then you can connect anywhere you want.

The villa was extremely clean, well organised and everything you need is there for you.

Main bedroom has an amazing bed, makes mine feel shocking when I got home!.

Walk in shower was brilliant, fact everything was brilliant. Pool was a great way to relax after a fast paced day at the parks.

We felt as safe as we could be.

All in all, we couldn’t have asked for any more.

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The house was the best. Clean and big. This was a nice neighbourhood. Only 20 minutes away from Disney and many others. Thank you for a great time.

Nice and quiet with lots of room and a great pool. Easy to get to all the parks also not too far from the beach. After a mad day in the parks loved to get back have a swim, get a takeaway, or go out to eat then spend the evening chilling outside with a nice can of beer. We made friends with one of the neighbours who live there and work at Disney. Great time had by all.

Mitchell G: This villa is very spacious with a great open plan kitchen, sitting area, great sized pool and 4 Bedrooms. Have stayed here twice with groups of 8 and 5 respectively and it is a really great place to relax after full on days at the theme parks. We also really enjoyed cooking ourselves and sitting out by the pool of an evening saving us money whilst able to fully relax. Disney world is 20 minutes away, with a supermarket and a handful of good restaurants within 5 minutes drive for when you don’t feel like cooking. We would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Orlando!

Jamie M: Anne’s villa is perfectly located to be close enough to Disney and Universal that it’s easy to get there, but far enough away that you can get away from the madness after spending all day in a theme park! The pool is great for relaxing, and the villa has all the features you could want; well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area with TV and fast WiFi. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all excellent as well. Communication was excellent throughout!

Floridafan039: Spent two weeks in this lovely villa. Just the two of us, but we like the convenience of a good self-catering. Not that we did much catering- there is a good selection of fast food chains in the area and dined at Hurricanes 3 times. Publix and Walmart are also on the doorstep. The villa is in a pretty residential area and easy to find at the end of the sr192.

Sharon Lamb: This is a lovely spacious villa which we have stayed at twice and will visit again in the future. The villa is spacious, clean, well maintained, easy to find and in a good location to all parks. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and spending a day recovering at the pool is so worth it after long days visiting the fabulous parks and other interesting cool places to go to.

Zoe: Year I went was back in 2010 Well what can I say Iíve stayed at this Villa on a few occasions and I canít fault it, itís like home from home, very very spacious rooms where perfect, bathrooms massive and I loved the walk-in shower WOW, I actually went with the owners of the villa and there families as they were getting married (2010) and what a lovely celebration that was, it was my first experience in America and Iíd love to go back at some point close to all the attractions, Iíd highly recommend going to celebration beautiful little town, and Downtown Disney ( think itís changed itís name now) oh thereís so much to see.
